Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inventory Distribution System ("IDS", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using IDS, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
- You must promptly report unauthorized account access.
2. Acceptable Use
- Do not use IDS for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Do not interfere with platform security, availability, or performance.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or user accounts.
3. Service Access and Changes
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend access for maintenance, security incidents, policy violations, or unpaid plans where applicable.
4. Billing and Trials
Demo access and paid plans follow the renewal terms shown in the platform at the time of checkout. There is no auto-renew. Cancellation stops the next renewal only; the current paid period stays active. Completed payments are non-refundable.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of IDS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
IDS software, UI, branding, and related materials remain our property or our licensors' property, except for data you lawfully provide.
7. Disclaimers
IDS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
9. Termination
You may stop using IDS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security reasons, or prolonged inactivity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws.
